mood: sad in the afternoon, happy & having headache now..listening: 潘玮柏 shou ni ai wojus participated in the m1 survey contest, there are 3 choices of phones to win: nokia 6500, xpress music nokia 5160 & Sony w 910i..at the end of the survey, I'm supposed to choose either 1 of the phones, was having a hard time deciding which to get, nokia 6500 or 5160? actually wanna choose 5160 but i ended up choosing w910i...haiz so bo liao...if i really win e phone i'll consider to sell it away..hope i win...i got 6th sense on this tat i might win..so lets hope so!
After 6 daes of waiting, singtel technicians finally came... 2 malay technicians came... they're pretty good.. got my modem changed as they think it was faulty. they had the DSL filter placed on the modem intead of putting it at the telephone docket, not sure if it was placed correctly.. i can honestly tell anyone that i was really pissed off with singtel but i'll still continue to support
its internet and mio voice svc cos i trust its singnet svc compared to starhub and m1... but im opened to m1 in the future...
my complaint letter to Singtel:dear sir/madam,re: service delays on 21st december 2007, mio voice (no: 66xxxxxx) was installed at my homebut it could not work properly when the faults are reported to thehelpdesk no prompt technical support is given. issues:1) the other party of the call could hear his/her echo for the first fewminutes. thus creates frustration to the party and embarrassment for me asi had to explain why they would hear such echoes. 2) sounds can be heard on my side and i am not able to hear the otherparty well. 3) i called mio helpdesk to arrange appointments for inspections but noarrangements or return calls have been made from the relevant department.in total, i have waited for 6 days. i look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve these problems.singtel's technicial support respond to my complaint(30 dec sun) <-- such a late reply:Dear Ms Lim, I refer to your email dated 27/12/2007. With regards to your Mio Voice issue, I understand that you had contacted the MIO Technical Helpdesk on 28/12/2007 for assistance. Should you require further technical assistance, you may write to us online at http://home.singtel.com/customer_service/cust_serv_emailus.asp met up w leon n the afternoon to have lunch.it was a disaster..i realli regret accepting his offer for lunch.. he made mi feel so invisible and unimportant! I so regret nv ask meng for lunch instead...or even yong han...they would at least walk mi back home and talk to mi during the lunch out.. this stupid leon juz keep to himself and his phone! when making his way to e AXS machine, he just used his shoulders and body to push his way pass a slow walking old man! I hate this sort of pp.. the old uncle almost fell.. at least my dear² is not like tat... im glad my dear² is a gd man..=)
