hahaha! another happy dae todae... =*) been laughing all e way throughout law tut todae cos of my tutor's explaination abt the duty of care for a policeman...
sceniro: policeman, tim is driving his police car, john the reporter knowing tat tim is gg to e crime scene he insisted tat he wanna sit in his car... carelessly, tim made a sharp turn, causing a accident, john got serious injury... is tim liable to john's injury?
ans: nope...in the duty of care of a driver, he is to enable safety for the passengers and other road users, however in this case he is in the employment or role of a policeman, his main duty of care is to reach the crime scene immediately thus he is not liable for john's injury...
so.. i asked miss lim, wat if a person on the road is been knocked down? ans: he is also not liable... wat e heck rite? so in order to get to e crime scene, policemen can juz drive n knock down whoever tat is crossing the road? haha...can u imagine people n cars been knocked down when all the drivers of ambulance, fine engine and policemen juz wanna get to e scene... wat if the pedersion is an old woman? ans: yupz he's not liable if he knocks down her... wat e hell rite? when she explained tat, i was laughing all the way... particularly due to the way she explained, acted n most of all my imagination...

bus law lect was also interesting... dessy kept seeing mi laugh n laugh... until she buay ta han..

after lect, i pei lina to go buy things... n also to french lect... so hard man...compared to german, german is easier... tsk tsk...when it ended, we went to the bubble tea shop nearby to grab a cup of peach smoothies.. is not bad...=) $2!! but unfortunately dun hav banana smoothies... haiz... proceeded to tampines mall n eat n eat n walk n walk...8pm dear arrived le... pei lina till her friend karen arrive....

dear pei to walk ard a while longer n he sent mi home...received a call from my mama asking mi to ask him to come up to have dinner if he hasnt... so yuppie dear went up wif mi... haha i challenged him to play checker... =) i won him! 3-2 matches! haha but unfortunately i lost to him on international chess... ='(

overall my mood: happy~! (^^,) .v.

talked to qi on the phone ytd... it was nice talking to her despite im rude to bug onto my hp all my journey back when delphine was sending mi back home.. i juz felt uncomfortable....yuppie i wanna change my attitude towards her but im juz cant bring myself to do it... i dunno y... rite back to e pt, i think i shall meet up wif qi to catch up! got to remind her on tues tat we r meeting on wed!

yo pp im so happy todae! haha later u will noe y... for e last few daes dear hav been coming to my hse...similiarity he came to my hse ytd too through it was a last min thing... we played monopoly too... aint i childish? haha... i won, total assets of $8000+++... hahaha! then dear dear is off to his 3rd sis hse at sembawang cos he promised his sis to go her hse n stay overnight to look after her baby dogs while she guard on the renovation workers... looking at the pix i find that the dogs looked rather sad... wonder isit dear dear abuse them? haha must be de la.... actually no la it is bcos they are been locked in a room... but dear accompanied them too... guess maybe dear bored them la...

went to work half heartedly... cos if im not working i could rest at home n i could study if i got time... but...haiz... but i was happy later cos i saw a barbie doll exhibition jus in front of sports bar... =) all e barbie dolls are gorgoeus! wooo... i could melt! at first i was rather disappointed cos my digi cam wasnt wif mi as i lent it to dear dear but after some thoughts i think it rather fine cos anyway dear is coming to fetch mi... so i could get it from him n go back into e transit to get pix...oppz i simply forget abt the time... i juz took all e pix of all e barbie dolls n let dear wait for mi outside poor him...im beri sorry dear... n thx for ur patience... i really love barbie dolls...
